Mali mlin d.o.o. is a collective of experienced professionals and artists, each a top expert in their field.
We have outstanding references and proudly stand behind every finished product.
The teams of Malimlin and Istria Casting are led by Gordana Restović, a seasoned professional with extensive experience, who manages a group of six people. Each member brings unique expertise and is responsible for leading their own department.
Gordana Restović
Gordana Restović, a longtime cultural professional, studied law and cultural tourism. She has managed museums, galleries, as well as music and theatre programs, and has been engaged in production and post-production in culture and media. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the “Order of the Croatian Interlace,” the “Sveti Mauro” award, and the Čakavian Parliament’s “Zvane Črnja” award.
She served as director of the Donum Art Gallery and the POU Poreč, was Chairwoman of the Board and Editor-in-Chief of the Independent Istrian Television, Editor-in-Chief of TV Istra, Director of NIT Marketing, and project leader at the Tourist Board. She also held the position of Director of the Public Institution Pula Film Festival.
She is the author of numerous texts and guides, editor and director of documentary films and projects, as well as leader of EU-funded projects. Through her work, she continues to connect art, creativity, and community.
